Updated: after they handled my feedback, they offered to deliver the same order I had today, and offered me one set of chicken for free. There were 12 pieces of chicken in the original plain set. For the yamyoung chicken set there are about 20 pieces. They also give you a small cup of sweet sauce and a bag of marinated sour radish. So if I were to rank the taste of the chicken I would give 4 out of 5. For the service part I would give 3.5 out 5. It would be really helpful if the staffs could message or give a call when they are about to deliver just for customers to keep track of their order. Overall, this restaurant provides good Korean style chicken. The service can still be improved in the future. Complaint: 5/3 I texted through Instagram and order for delivery at 18:30 then was told they were busy delivering so it will take about an hour for me to receive my order. Then after an hour I got a phone call from the staff saying they were sold out, which if they should have told me earlier. Then I ask the staff how many pieces in one fried chicken box, the staff coldly there is no certain number. Anyway this was a bad service experience. Went to this place for the first time after hearing such good things about their other location.

The food was excellent, the service was fantastic, the music was upbeat and modern, and the location is great. The waitress helped us in English and told us about the all you can eat and drink options.

The price is not too expensive. The quality of the food is amazing. The beef was perfectly tender. The kimchichige was delicious. All of the sides were seasoned perfectly!

We left feeling full and happy!

Stopped in without a reservation and really enjoyed the place. They have an English menu and one of the servers spoke English which really helped us. We went with the all you could eat chicken and alcohol for 2500 yen each and weren't disappointed. Chicken was great and they noticed when we were low and asked what we wanted more of. We were just two but this would be a great place for a larger group as the all you can eat last two full hours. When we went to pay they reminded us we still had 40 minutes but we were so full....
