This shop is mind blowing. It is a family run shop. Friendly owners. The food is sooo delicious I wanted to ask the store uncle, “did your wife won over your heart by the food she cooks?”. I stopped short because I didn’t know how to say it in Japanese. Anyways, don’t miss this shop if you’re in Beppu.

We had the Tori ten (fried chicken), aji sashimi, edamame, yakimeshi (fried rice), dashi maki tamago. Great prices. It gets crowded very quickly. Definitely worth it. They are cash only!

I really love this place! SUPER DELICIOUS FOOD, try everything! It’s really worth it. And the owner is nice, they’re Vietnamese and very friendly to foreigner. They gave me red bean cake to enjoy with my friends. Their gyoza is the best gyoza I had while in Japan trip, for real.

We had a really nice dinner in this small cozy restaurant. We were not sure if we shoukd go on first but were greeted by one of the staff who spoke pretty good English. The menu was only in Japanese but the staff was very helpful and explained the meals. Also the prize was very fair for the quality of the meals (2200 yen) for...
