Dear American tourists, you’ll be very glad you went to this restaurant! The local beef that they serve is truly amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten anything like it. They have expensive meals of multiple courses, but they also have cheaper options where you can just order a steak dinner. One thing cool is that they have counter service, so it’s great for tourists who are traveling alone or in pairs. The counter also is a place where you can see them cooking and prepping and enjoy that activity while dining. We went with a larger group and had a reservation so they put us in the back area with a screen separating us from the other guests. It was a very relaxing and lovely meal. most of us ordered a sirloin, either a small or medium and one of us ordered a fillet. My medium rare sirloin was perfectly cooked and just melted in my mouth. the other courses were totally fine and delicious but what was exceptional was the steak. The service was of the type that you call them if you need something. There is a button on the table to do that which makes it easy and when you push the button, they come immediately.the only reason for service is because of it being this type where you have to call them to get help. This is very normal in Japan, but might be below expectations for Americans spending this much money on a meal. All in all I highly recommend!
