Aburaya Kumahachi Tei — Restaurant in Beppu

Have not been to the restaurant (and probably won't visit), so I will give my review based on service over phone booking.

Rang them up to make a booking for 10+ people, specified the desire date, and then I was told that we need to select the course in advance, which was fine, so I said that I'll call back again after discussed with friends.

Few days later, I call back to make booking for the same day and was told that they can't accept my booking, even though there are still space.

Not really sure what's going on, but this is good enough reason for me to give 1 star to their service.

This may not happen to everyone, and I do hope not. But I'm just sharing my experience here. Thanks...

※オーナーさんお返事下さい※ 別府市の亀の井ホテル１階に有る和食屋｡ 宿泊の際に利用｡部屋付け出来ます｡ 美味しかったですし、雰囲気も良く高級感有りました｡ チェックアウトして数日経ってからネットを見て気付いたのですが…2021年限定だそうですが、立ち寄り湯をホテルがやってて、バスタオルとタオル貸し出し無料、駐車場3時間無料、 それと、油屋熊八亭に立ち寄り湯のチケットを提示すると食事料20%offとなってました… 宿泊客からは飲食代満額取って、500円出した立ち寄り湯客には２割も割り引きする！？どういう事でしょうか？ 宿泊客を馬鹿にしてます？ 集客を見込んだ作戦だと思いますが宿泊した自分にとっては納得行かない割引制度ですね。怒り心頭とはこの事です。 あと、伝票にルームNo.と名前のサインする際に金額未記入でサイン求められた時には違和感を感じ、サインしたくない旨を伝えました｡ その後金額を書いてもらってからサインしました｡基本の“キ”だと思います｡ ホテルの品格にも傷が付きます｡ 気を付けて欲しい点でした｡ 割引の件が有るのでホテルは又利用しますが油屋熊八亭はリピートはしたくないかな？全く納...
