I like how there was a menu outside of the entrance with displayed plates, to allow me to see what I would like and how it looks when I went into the restaurant. Saved me time with ordering when I went into the restaurant. I received a pleasant greeting when in entered into the restaurant. The staff was very polite and welcoming. I was seated right away and provided a small appetizer. There is outside and inside seating. Also, there is seating for groups. The menu was on a tablet which simplified the ordering process, displayed photos, and the cost of each item. I ordered the ribs, dumplings, fried rice, and high balls. The view was fine at outside tables but the fans to cool outside area kept cooling down the shabu -shabu we ordered as well, it’s been more than 1 hour but our shabu-shabu was just warm and never got boiled. Tried to ask for help but what they did was only turning off one of the fans (while the other fans were still working) and providing a thin paper to cover the top of pot. They refused to change table for us and shows no passion on food they served. They just don’t seem to care about our food being raw...
