We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the show. At this price point I had lower expectations, but they did exceed it with the giraffe performer. He did an array of impressive and show stopping tricks. The other magicians were fine and had more humor but the show stopper was him. I was surprised because I thought we were going to see other performers that were playing on the TV screens, so if you do see them, don't be surprised if the show isn't that.
Everyone complains about the tips. I think part of the reason they do tips is because they want to entice people to come to the show, but really with that level of performance maybe they could charge more? You don't need to purchase the tips. At one point. We just gave them cash because it was easier than finding the person to buy the tip money from. It's equivalent anyways. The only difference is instead of coins you get what looks like dollar bills.
Food: Our favorite was the truffle fries. 5 star item. If you want a second appetizer snack, go for the onion ring Tower as it's pretty impressive looking. We also got the smoked nuts because we like the presentation. You could taste the smoke on some of them but not all of them.
We also did the omu rice and the pasta which was carbonara. They were both good versions of each. These items however were much better when hot and fresh so don't waste time and devour them right away. 4 stars
A lot of the complaints also included too much ice in the drinks. You also cannot just get water, you must order a bottle here. Their pina colada was very good but a lot of ice My blue cloud was tasty but the serving size was not large One of us ordered alcohol and we were told it was very strong. The drink with the shark head however just tasted mostly a Red Bull, wish it was. If you want to add a shot you have to pay extra, it doesn't just come with it.
Difficult to find Parking on the weekend since it's in American village. You pretty much have to keep circling hoping for an open spot or walk further out and pay for parking which is...
Read moreIt’s a great family friendly place to take the kids in American village. It’s recommended to make a reservation since the room is small. For English speaking folks, there’s the option to make your reservation online in English which makes it easier.
Food is on the pricier side and the portions are small. Think bar food in Japanese portions lol! You can always eat before you go and order a small snack or a drink when you get there. However, If you’re planning to eat there, come an hour before the show. This will give you time to order and eat. The waiters are also the performers so when the show starts the lights go out and they stop serving.
An unexpected plus to this whole experience was that they give out noise cancelling headphones to the children since it can get quite loud in the small room. So if you’re bringing littles, they do offer headphones right when the...
Read moreWOW! What a beautiful, great and fun time I had here. From the start the staff were playful and interactive. The food there was good and served hot. Used a QR code at the table for seamless and fast service. When it was showtime, the lights were turned off and man did they put on a show! It was exciting and so much fun (even for adults). You definitely won't be disappointed in coming here and enjoying yourself with friends or family. BUY the fake dollars to give to your favorite magician and take pictures with them. Make sure you make reservations because the seats and tables fill up fast! I really had a wonderful time here and the shows aren't all the same, they have a rotation of magicians so you will not be disappointed on your second or third trip there. This is a hidden gem in Okinawa...
