It’s a shame the customer service here is so trash because the product is so much better than next door (Happy Bowls). Waited about 5 mins to be acknowledged however whilst I waited I watched the girl make another customers order wrong. Added toppings to the smoothie and then re-read the order and had to scoop them out into the bin. I’m not convinced she removed all the coconut and chia seeds before topping up the smoothie and serving. Whilst handing the smoothies over to the customers, her hair dipped into the top of the smoothies 🙅🏽‍♀️ the same girl made mine and my husbands smoothies and again, added toppings when we specified no toppings. I watched her once again, spoon the toppings and smoothie out into the bin and top up with smoothie covering her tracks. She did not successfully remove all the toppings because we had remnants of coconut and chia seeds in both of our smoothies (which wasn’t a big deal but would be if either of us had allergies). I love their smoothies but am not sure I will visit again after this crap customer service. Despite hating the Happy Bowls acai bowl, the vibes and customer service are far better than...

Eh spot. It was okay until I asked for 4 green tea shots and she took 4 shot glasses and filled them with green tea from a big bottle from a convini , no alcohol. I asked if there was alcohol in there and she acted surprised and asked what I wanted. She then added a splash of vodka to each. Smirnoff so nothing expensive, and it was 10% vodka to 90% green tea. She then tried to charge me full shot price (2000¥). I tried to say she just gave us the dregs of this bottle of green tea and barely any vodka so why was she charging me full price. She acted confused. We paid, but I will never be coming back, and I’ll be letting anybody I know that this place isn’t worth the hassle. Either order full shots of straight liquor and watch them pour, or...

I tried their smoothies—the Açaí and the Chunky Banana. The Açaí was thick and had a generous amount of coconut toppings which I really enjoyed. The Chunky Banana was packed with peanut butter and cacao nibs, making it rich and satisfying. Overall, they’re quite generous with their toppings, which I appreciated.
