The food here is decent but overall, this place is missable. Nearly three years into COVID and a pandemic that is over, and this establishment is still taking temperatures of every patron that enters. Never mind that it is 90+ F outside during the day. They also insist on putting barricades on the tiny tables between parties of more than two. Let us also never mind that the barricades are at least six inches shorter than most of the non-Japanese people who sit at the table.
Aside from the ridiculous COVID protocols that do absolutely nothing to protect anyone in the establishment, the rest of the experience is mediocre at best. The chicken pad Thai contained precisely three pieces of chicken, all of which still had the skin on it. Not listed on the menu is that the dish comes with tofu, likely to supplement the lack of chicken. I ate everything aside from the tofu and was left feeling that I had eaten an appetizer. As far as the restaurant, it is tiny and cramped. Tables are very small, barely accommodating four grown adults. The kitchen is on the other side of a half wall from the dining area. Outdoor seating is available on the sidewalk.
If for some reason you happen to be craving Thai food in Okinawa, I’d find another place. Perhaps like the one that is...

I brought my friend all the way from Onna Village to share my favorite restaurant, but we ended up experiencing a nightmare-like humiliation.
What happened: I accidentally disposed of a sanitary item in the wrong bin in the restroom because the designated bin was extremely small and inconspicuous. As we were leaving, a staff member stopped me, pointed out the mistake, and instead of handling it themselves, demanded that I use my bare hands to retrieve the item I had just thrown away from the public trash can and move it to the correct bin.
· My mistake: Incorrect disposal (due to unclear signage). · The restaurant's action: Requiring a customer to perform an unsanitary and undignified act of self-correction.
Escalating an honest mistake into an act that tramples on a customer's dignity is completely unacceptable. Coupled with the fact that the food quality has significantly declined, this restaurant has lost every reason for me to return. Please let this be a...
Read moreVery disappointing. We used to come here often. However, tonight the portions were incredibly small. The grilled pork was so thin you could see through it. The chicken satay was made of parts of parts chicken (think McDonalds chicken nuggets). The spring rolls were half size. Chicken fried rice came out as fried rice with two small pieces of boiled chicken on top seasoned with pepper flakes rather than thai peppers. Green curry had 1 pieces of chicken that were mostly skin and yellow fat, the broth was watery. The other 2 dishes tasted(just) ok, but were half the normal serving size. So sad, I used to...
