Sankando Garden Villa — Hotel in Fujikawaguchiko

We stayed at villa C which had ample space for 5 of us. All of us slept comfortably there.

We even had a tatami room where we could open all our luggages. The house was clean and they provided all the amenities needed for a stay.

It was wonderful to stay in a house with a host nearby. It helped that i could chat with the host via whatsapp and they always responded promptly. Stan was the host assigned to look after us and he was very helpful and made us feel at home.

The view from the rooftop of our villa was amazing and i looked forward to seeing Mt Fuji in its full glory each morning.

We didn’t do the rooftop bbq as it was too cold in Dec and by the time we got back it was usually too dark.

There is LOTS to do at Fuji area if you have a car and Sankando Villas is a great option to stay. The famous Lawson is only 200m away from the villa! There is also lots of food within walking distance (5 to 20 min) from the villa.

We had four ladies in our party and we stayed at the villas from July 10th-July 13th. The accommodations were spotless and well furnished. We stayed in peak rainy season so did not get to use the bbq or fire pit. However, we were lucky to get amazing views from the rooftop of Fuji-san early in the morning and in the evening.
