Luxurious restaurant with great food! The service was exceptionally good. The waiter could speak English too. It makes communication a bit easier that way.

Total price was just under ¥4000 for a starter, main course, dessert and drink.

I had the salmon carpaccio as a starter. The complete taste was amazing. Though I am normally not a fan of olives and paprika, this dish mixed the flavors well.

As my main course I had a temporary dish. It was on a whiteboard so it might be off the menu. It was Wagyu hamburgerbeef with a cheesy omlette draped over it. There was an added demi-glaze sauce to make the taste complete. Absolutely delishious!

The best restaurant in Fujikawaguchiko by far. Creative fusion menu with local orientation, delicious results. I especially enjoyed the japanese wine (not sake, real wine from local grapes). The owner was there and very kind and friendly and speaks english well. The ambience was great including classic music videos playing, it made me quite nostalgic and triggered good conversation with my daughter. Rarely ever give reviews but had to for this shop. Initially went for lunch but was just a bit late so got the cafe menu instead. Ordered French toast and a hot chocolate (which the the guy had never made before). He kindly offered to make one for us and it ended up tasting amazing. The food was brilliant as well.
