Roasted beef ローストビーフ Sea urchin(uni) and cheese wrap ウニとチーズの湯葉卷 Slightly Grilled Mentaiko 炙り明太子 Pineapple Highball (with Maker’s Mark whiskey) ALL tea infused liqueur Black tea infused Gin: for beef and Mentaiko Green tea infused vodka: for seafood / tempura Genmaicha infused sake: for seafood/ saucy dishes/ grill dishes Barley tea infused shochu: rice / noodles ALL deserts; those in my picture is: (L) Terrine chocolate with sweet potato ice cream (R) Pistachio ice cream
