Today, I checked out, and two days later, I checked in with this hotel. The concerige said they couldn't keep luggage overnight. I asked if I could pay for the night. He said it's not possible even if he told the manager. I asked if there was any place nearby that could keep luggage overnight. He asked me to go to Hakata Station to find it. He asked me if I could use a locker coin locker. I queried whether i could keep it overnight. He said he didn't know, I need to go and ask by byself. He kept saying this is houserule. He is not considerate staff. As a hotel staff, if customer asking about the transportation to airport, most of them will help and provide information, never ask you to find your way by yourself. He just replied me the standard answer and wanted me go away. Btw, fm Google, there is an app called BOUNCE, the store is nearby, 4 mins walk, reasonable charge, closed at 7pm. Hope it helps the...

There are several APAs there, actually I saw three APAs near Hakata station. So, you must check the exact your APA.
It request me to check in by using machine which is uncomfortable to me. Especially for typing my address made me very uncomfortable. Further, keeping suitcase also needed QR code.

Read moreI stayed in the West building. Very bad service. Not good for foreigners because of several reasons.||1. staff cannot speak English.||2. staff are not willing to help any things. I asked them to help me in talking with a taxi company on the phone. But he was just escaping into the staff room and never back out from the room.||3 During I stayed, many rooms in the 3rd floor had a problem with air conditioning at the same time due to electric problem. The staff did not tell us any things, unitl we had to go to the lobby to ask for a problem. That was when the staff asked us “whether we wanted to change the room or stayed the same room “…. very weird to ask if we want to stay the same room with “no air comdition” during the very hot weather ????||4 staff need to be trained very well to have “a service minded attitude” first, befor the HR APA hotel allow them to work at...
