I recently visited this izakaya restaurant with high hopes, but unfortunately, my overall experience fell short of expectations. The restaurant's service was severely lacking, and we encountered several issues that hindered our enjoyment of the meal.

One of the main problems we encountered was the inconsistency and slowness of the waitstaff. Throughout the course of our meal, we had to switch waiters three to four times, which disrupted the flow of service. Moreover, the service was noticeably slow, and our orders were frequently misunderstood, leading to unnecessary delays and confusion.

Upon arrival, we were promptly seated in a closed-off booth room, but were informed that we had to order one of the set menus rather than being able to choose individual sides. While we understood and accepted this requirement, we were disappointed by the excessive waiting times for each dish. Despite informing the staff of our time constraints, some of our ordered dishes remained untouched on an adjacent table for a staggering 15 minutes. Frustrated and pressed for time, we decided to pay and leave without receiving everything we had ordered, even after enduring a lengthy 1.5-hour ordeal.

Turning to the food itself, there were both highlights and disappointments. The side dishes such as fried chicken, tempura, and sashimi were enjoyable, with good flavors and satisfying textures. However, the chicken hotpot was a letdown, lacking any distinctive flavor beyond a faint taste of chicken. The most regrettable aspect was the raw cured chicken meat, which was simply unpleasant. It resembled ham but retained the raw texture of chicken, resulting in an uncomfortable and unappetizing experience. Though unsure whether our discomfort stemmed from a cultural bias against raw chicken or the dish itself, it left us feeling somewhat ill.

Overall, our visit to this izakaya restaurant left us underwhelmed and dissatisfied. The subpar service, including the constant turnover of waiters and slow service, significantly affected our experience. While some of the side dishes were enjoyable, the disappointing chicken hotpot and the raw cured chicken left much to be desired. Sadly, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant based on...

コース・飲み放題プランを利用。

飲み放題のプランがあり、団体が何組も入る席数なのに、グラスが全く足りてないからまわってない。 まわせないのなら飲み放題プランやめた方がいいですよ。

引いたグラスを洗ってすぐ使えるようにする大きい食洗機が無いんでしょうか？ 無いとしたらすぐ設備投資すべきです。 駅東の一等地です。客数が多いのは当たり前でしょう。

飲み物を作る運ぶ引いてくるをきっちりまわせる人数がいなかったように思います。 ある程度予約を見て人数を増やすことは出来るでしょう。 人が集まらないなら時給を上げて募集するべきです。

飲み放題の飲み物の提供が遅すぎて、同僚たちがアルバイトの子たちに文句を言ってました。

アルバイトの子にキレても仕方ないですが、3〜4回注文しても飲み物は来ないし、来てないのにラストオーダーを取られれば、怒る気持ちもわかる。

でもアルバイトの子たちは一生懸命やってる。 なのに文句を言われる。 見てられません。

私は責任者に怒っています。 博多エリア責任者だ、福岡エリア責任者だとコメント書いてるけど、解決する気ありますか？

過去のクチコミで飲み物の提供が遅いと書いてありますが、解決出来てない。 解決する気が無いコメントなら書かないでください。

現場の声を聞いて、具体的な解決策をあなた達が考えて実行して、指導してください。 現場に改善させるなんて間違っても言わないでください。

料理は美味しかったですが、それ以外が残念でした まず全席個室とはありますが、居酒屋の席が敷居で区切られている程度で他の席の声が当たり前のように聞こえてきます 今回利用した時は近くに団体がいたため、個室ではなく普通の居酒屋程度の騒がしさがありました 次に予約サイトなどでは複数のコースが選べますが、座席にコースのメニューはなく、コースメニューを利用したい場合は事前にコースで予約するか、店員に尋ねる必要があります なお、尋ねたところで1つのコースをオススメとして提示されるだけなので予約サイトにある複数コースを飛び入りで利用することはできないようです また料理についても今回、店員のオススメですき焼き風の鳥鍋コースを利用しましたが、生卵の提供がありませんでした コース以外の料理も利用しましたが、20時頃からの利用だったにも関わらず鳥皮チップスや軟骨の唐揚げなど鳥を売りにしている割には早くも欠品でした この他、店員の対応もいいとは言い難いです 印象は悪くないのですが、教育が行き届いていないと言った感じです まず飲み放題のドリンクだけはスマホで注文してフードは店員に注文してましたが、ある段階からフードもスマホで注文するように言われましたが、スマホの画面にフードの項目がないので実際には注文できませんでした また伝票にはおそらく店側の注意点、トイレ位置の説明などが書かれてましたが、実際にはその説明もありませんでした 更にはコースの料理を提供する時に残りの料理の品数や飲み放題の時間の説明がありませんでした そのためスマホの注文画面にある終了時間を目安に退店も、未提供のコース料理があったようで、その提供を受けずに退店することとなりました 以上から二度目の利用はな...
