I visited this restaurant for breakfast but had terribly bad experience. There are a lady staff and a gentleman staff in the restaurant. I politely asked the lady staff about the breakfast menu but she was very rude and shouted at me. The coffee I ordered was warm and not in appropriate temperature.
Finally, when I was paying the bill, I seriously asked the lady why she acted so rude as I was actually very polite to her. She just asked me to get the money change and go away. She acted very rude and emotional. Luckily, the gentleman staff was polite and he apologized to me.

It felt like discrimination against foreigners, since they were much nicer to Japanese customers. I asked for some napkins, and they only gave me one. When I took three more (for me and my friend, two people), the staff came over and told me in English that each person could only have one napkin. Then, at the counter, they complained in Japanese about me taking too many napkins. Later, another staff member told my friend not to put their feet on the base of the table.
