No knife and forks provided, probably Japanese tradition is eating with hands? Waiting time was extremely long, whereas half of seats were empty when we finally got in. The food and drinks were served while there was no cutlery, so we tried to get some from the reception. The waitress stopped us and said they will bring the cutlery later, and she grabbed and threw the ones we got from us into the sanitary plate, with an unbelievably rude attitude. We had to head back and waited for another 10 min, but nobody brought anything still. We had to reach out again to let them know we already received the food and we need cutlery, they didn’t provide them until we obviously showed that we were very annoyed.

We saw a mother with a pram who had to wait outside in the cold just like us even when there were many seats available. There were other staff at the counter and they were not helping at all.
Serving of food was quick once ordered, food wise - the mentaiko toast was baked well but a little too salty for my liking, the french toast was too soggy/custard-ish. The carrot salad and iced Earl grey were nice. Each breakfast set is pretty filling. No wow factor to...
