This shop is not eye-catching. But they serve wagyu steak! They also serve shabushabu and sukiyaki. But I go for the steak. I order the wagyu sirloin set. The appetizer is a combo of beef roll and stewed beef. Very very tender and fragrant. The chef gives another to taste. It is the fried shiso beef roll. Dash some vinegar garlic crush on it. The taste is heavenly! The soup is beef consomé. Also full of beef fragrance with a hint of mushroom. The main dish is of course the wagyu steak. Good. But not as surprisingly good as the appetizers. There are dessert and coffee to finish the course. I order a glass of beer and a glass of red wine too. The total amount is only HKD600! The food is worth more than HKD600 in Hong Kong.

Thanks to our friends, we had a chance to visit this local restaurant. This restaurant features high-quality meat. It is my first time trying uma meat ~ a very good experience! I’ll try it again if I visit here next time!!! The meat was served with a big portion! Every morsel is a taste sensation!!! I was as full as a tick at the end of this meal! The ice-cream and the coffee are great tooooo~ thanks, master!

今回は福岡市中央区大名2-2-43 ＥＬＫ大名ビル　１Ｆにあります。 ビーフ亭さんへ。 lunch利用です、近くで用事もあって昼時だったのでフラッと立ち寄りました。 入り口エントランスから昭和を感じる雰囲気です。 店内に入ると左でにキッチンとカウンター 右手にテーブル席。感染症対策の為のパーテーションは設置してあります。 おまかせlunchは1400円この日は薄切りロースの焼肉と牛肉のエノキ巻きフライ。 迷いましたが、やっぱりヒレ肉食べたい。。。 て事でせっかくなので、200グラム！！ スープはマッシュルーム入りのブイヨンスープに少しバターの風味も。 サラダはスタンダードですが、トマトは皮が向いてあり食べやすくしてありますね。 それから、しばらくするとメインの登場！！ 鉄板にのせられて来た！！ジュー！！っと音？はしながった。。。が保温の役割なのか？？ ヒレ肉のカタマりは間違いなく、焼いてあるのでまあ、いいか(^^)d ナイフで切ると、中心はピンク色！！そして柔らかいのが感覚で伝わる。 まずは、そのまま(o^O^o) 個人的に下味が物足りなく感じましたが、ソースもあるしね(^^)d　お好みでどうぞ！と岩塩にガーリックソースも。　これで味変を楽しみながら堪能。。。 お冷や等は細かく気を遣ってくれました(*^^*) ごちそうさまでした。

Stumbled across this steak house, never expected would be this good. Too good that we forget to take pictures of the food. The sukiyaki is great, especially the sauce.
