Sometimes you stumble into what, in Spanish, is known as a “rincón”, a nook or cranny, but which I would describe in English as a hidden gem. Cómo Es Imaizumi is just such a place. Phenomenal coffee shop in Fukuoka with food and desserts if you so want it (although I didn't have any on my visit). I can speak highly of the quality of the coffee and the Room chai which were both delicious with a very palatable taste profile. The highlight was the taste of music played by the owner and the vinyls which were all beautifully presented with a vast exquisite selection to purchase. It’s not on my to-go cafe list for Fukuoka but it amazed me. We tried both the drip coffee and siphon coffee, dark roasted, the coffee is not bitter at all and remains aromas of caramel and popcorn. The vibe is chill, and the ppl is rly nice there....
