I had an unpleasant experience with the store's "Staff Norichika."

天神の街で、同僚と飲み。 その後、迷惑にならない程度の ほろ酔い状態でこちらのお店へ。 世界の色んな食材や調味料が売っていて、見ていて楽しいお店です。 こちら春先にも行ったことありますが、そのときは確か新茶フェアをやっており抹茶フレーバーのパンがたくさん並んでいた記憶が。 今回は特段何かのフェアをやっているという訳ではなさそうでしたが強いて言えばシュトーレンが売ってましたね。11月半ばなら、確かにその時期ですもんね。

今回目に留まったのは、白い平たいパン生地の塩パンと、ピンクの見た目をしていて華やかなブリオッシュミニョン。

購入したパンは、 11.30 Wedの昼にいただきました。

まずは、塩パンの方から。 平べったい白いモチモチ生地。 よくある塩パンはバターがほんわり香る、 クロワッサンのようなツイスト生地のパンの 印象ですが、それと明らかに違うこの見た目。 これがDEAN & DELUCA流塩パンというのであれば、 お試ししましょう。いただきます！ 予想通りのもっちり食感。中にフィリングは入っておらず、表面にかかったオリーブオイルの香りと トッピングソルトの味わいとの3拍子をただひたすら楽しむのみ。塩パンというよりは塩フォカッチャという表現の方が正解の気もしますが、美味しかったのでこれはこれでOKです( ´ ▽ `...
