I had an excellent experience here. Ordered a 10 course meal and was amazed at the selection! Delicacies like matsutake rice and savory egg custard with turtle. Service was also top notch. I only speak basic Japanese, but the staff did everything they could to make sure I understood I was taken care of.

And as the other reviews said, yes the chef is full of wonderful energy 😊

I recommend this restaurant if you want to try some excellent Japanese dishes you might have not...

The chef is very friendly. Although there were language barriers, he served us really well with patience. He recommended some sake that with smooth texture and rich favor. We like it very much. The dishes were pretty delicate and delicious that we had never tried before, leaving us the good...

나카스에 있는 일본요리집 . 극상 멘타이즈쿠시(極上めん鯛づくし) . 카이세키요리, 캇포요리 등의 일본요리집으로 점심때는 별도의 메뉴가 제공된다... 점심 메뉴로 선보이고 있는 것이 극상 멘타이즈쿠시(極上めん鯛づくし)와 멘타이즈쿠시(めん鯛づくし)이다... 멘타이즈쿠시는 타이오즈쿠리(도미회)가 특제 고마타레(참깨소스)와 함께 나오고, 직접 만든 멘타이코(명란젓), 밥, 오싱코(절임반찬), 그리고 오차즈케용 다시가 나온다... 극상 멘타이즈쿠시는 멘타이즈쿠시에 사바야키(고등어구이), 치리멘 멘타이코(명란젓 맛을 입힌 잔멸치)가 함께 나온다... . 점주인 이시다상이 직접 만든 매운 맛의 멘타이코가 한개 통째로 제공되는데 먹기 좋게 잘라서 찬합에 담겨 나온다... 주문 받으면 바로 만들기 시작하는 타이 사시미(도미회)와 무우, 당근, 오이, 효탄(조롱박)의 절임 반찬, 그리고 명란젓 맛을 입힌 고등어 구이와 역시 명란젓을 가미한 치리멘(잔멸치)이 함께 나온다... 첫 밥공기는 멘타이코, 도미회, 반찬 등과 함께 먹고, 두번째 밥공기는 도미회와 멘타이코를 올리고, 각종 야쿠미를 뿌린 뒤 타레와 다시를 부어서 오차즈케로 만들어 먹으면 좋다... 밥은 두공기까지는 무료로 리필해주고 세번째부터는 추가 요금을 내야 한다... ^^;; . 낮부터 맥주와 니혼슈를 부르는 점심 메뉴이다......
