There are several French restaurants in Fukuoka. The competition is great. We went to this one on 25th December. The booking service on the restaurant’s website was good. The email reply was quick and fluent in English. The service of the waiters was also good. But the food did not give me surprise. The fois gras was quite greasy. It was not complimented with sour and sweet sauce like peach or green apple. I recommend muscat grape as the sauce. The fois gras was served on barley. The grease was soaked in the barley. This did not go very well. Another dish was the grouper. It was supposed to be barely cooked. But mine was not done at the centre.
