I came excited and left the place disappointed. This sweets paradise branch doesn’t have a lot of food options.

I just moved to Fukuoka and when I found out about this branch, I went right away. Compared to Kobe Sweets Paradise, the area is bigger and has more food options. I expected this Tenjin branch to be bigger since it’s in a big city but it wasn’t.

減点に改めた理由はこの返信で運営のやる気のなさがわかったから。 下記私と似たような指摘が過去何年にもわたっていくつもあるが返信はするも、すべて紋切り型で使い回しのコメントばかり。

どの指摘も飲食店としては致命的な内容のはず。 中には保健所呼ばれるレベルのものもある。 にもかかわらず、同じ内容の指摘が何度も書き込まれるのは怠慢を通り越して悪意すら感じる。

もう、改善を求めようとは思わない。消費者を軽んじた代償は必ず支払うことになる。午後このことは過去の出来事から学べただろうに。

まず、案内のかた。クールビューティーもいいのかもですが、立て板に水というか、決まったせりふをたたみかけるのは、お菓子の国のイメ－ジとはなんか違うかなと。この日は山形産のさくらんぼが目玉で、品種は当日現場で発表だったけど、席を離れているときにポンとテーブルにおかれていて、なんだったのか最後までわからず。というか、べつに知る必要もないくらいしわしわで粒も小さくすっぱいし、まあ、がっかり。 めについたのは、スタッフさんたちはみんな仲良し。仲がよいのはいいことです。ただ、仕事とは仲良くないみたい。フルーツはカラになっていても知らん顔。つか、それすら気づいてない。もしかしたら高いものは出さない作戦かと。話は脱線するけどケーキをトングで取らせるのはボロボロになって見苦しいので反対です。その見苦しい様子を誰もなんとかしない。また、返却口に皿がたまっていても、スタッフさんたちは仲良し中で気づかない。 ここでまたよけいなことですが、返却口の客から見えるところはきれいにしておかないと、厨房の中は残飯だらけかという印象になります。見えるところだけでもきれいにしておくべきかと。 さらにカラッカラになったパスタがなくなったのはよいが、新しいのが出てくるかと思えばやはり補充なし。ゆでてるのかと思ったけど、やっと出てきてみるとやっぱりカラッカラ。ゆでおきを冷蔵庫にいれておいて直前にレンチンしておいただけかと。 ちょい。残念な誕生日となりました。 まあ、それでもマンゴーが甘かったので☆追加。

よけいなことついでに。 踏み台とかないと、こどもは取れないですよ？まあ、そこらへんにケーキをまき散らされたいなら話は別ですが。

総じて。ホールは全くホールのことを見ていない。 厨房は厨房で、厨房の仕事をしていない。

一般的な精鋭部隊なら、ホール、厨房とも２人ずついれば楽勝勝てる程度の仕事しかしていない。 これは経営者の怠慢だと思う。
