These days, Tenjin is the place to be, not Nakasu. That's why I'm a bit reluctant to share this spot.
Nevertheless, the specialness of this stall relies entirely on the master's capabilities. There are good points and disappointing points, but I believe these are areas that can be improved.
The great thing is the atmosphere. Being able to bring together such a diverse group of people is clearly the master's skill. He can speak English, likes Koreans, and communicates seamlessly with Japanese customers as well. I also found the comfortable atmosphere very satisfying.
You don't really expect 5-star cuisine from a yatai (food stall), but because it was raining when I visited, I couldn't try their specialty charcoal-grilled dishes. Judging by the quality of the ingredients, I suspect there are definitely tastier dishes available, but the ones I had weren't particularly outstanding.
The serving speed was a bit disappointing. There's definitely room for improvement in how quickly the food comes out.
Despite this, if you're tired of the rip-off yatai in Nakasu, I recommend exploring the Tenjin area. There are definitely good spots hidden here and there. This place is certainly...
