그럼에도 불구하고, 이 점포의 특별함은 오로지 마스터의 역량에 의존합니다. 아쉬운 점도, 좋은 점도 있지만 개선할 수 있는 부분이라고 생각합니다.

좋은 점이라면 분위기입니다. 다종다양한 사람들을 모을 수 있는 것은 분명 마스터의 역량입니다. 영어도 가능하고, 한국사람을 좋아하며, 일본인고객들과도 끊기지 않게 소통을 하시더군요. 저도 편안한 분위기에 만족할 수 있었습니다.

야타이라는 것이 사실 5성급 맛을 바라지는 않지만, 당시에 비가 온 것도 있고해서 자랑의 숯불 요리들은 맛보지 못했습니다. 재료의 질로 추측하건대 분명 더 맛있는 요리들이 있을테지만, 받았던 요리들은 특출나진 않았습니다.

서빙의 속도는 조금 아쉽습니다. 요리 나오는 속도는 조금 더 개선의 여지가 있습니다.

그럼에도 불구하고, 바가지로 등처먹는 나카스 야타이들에 질리셨다면, 텐진쪽도 조금씩 훑어보시길 바랍니다. 좋은 곳들이 분명 곳곳에 숨어 있습니다. 이곳도 분명 그 중 하나입니다.

Nevertheless, the specialness of this stall relies entirely on the master's capabilities. There are good points and disappointing points, but I believe these are areas that can be improved.

The great thing is the atmosphere. Being able to bring together such a diverse group of people is clearly the master's skill. He can speak English, likes Koreans, and communicates seamlessly with Japanese customers as well. I also found the comfortable atmosphere very satisfying.

You don't really expect 5-star cuisine from a yatai (food stall), but because it was raining when I visited, I couldn't try their specialty charcoal-grilled dishes. Judging by the quality of the ingredients, I suspect there are definitely tastier dishes available, but the ones I had weren't particularly outstanding.

The serving speed was a bit disappointing. There's definitely room for improvement in how quickly the food comes out.

Despite this, if you're tired of the rip-off yatai in Nakasu, I recommend exploring the Tenjin area. There are definitely good spots hidden here and there. This place is certainly...

Don't bother coming late, the owner gives preference to his regulars over people waiting in line. The owner will let his regulars cut in line so that you won't get a seat. I was there from 8 pm to midnite and never got seated due to line cutting. 3/4 of his seating was taken by regulars who stayed for the entirety of my wait time, the the last seats were given to his other regulars who showed up at midnight even though about 8 people were still in line for hours. I had a lot of food there, some bought and some samples from friends. I’ll say this, place is exceptional! I went from watching Yatai Keiji youtube videos, to live streams, to going there in person and loving everything about the place. You’ll fall in love with anything you eat.
