The pork literally melted in my mouth. Actually first time when the broth didn't make my stomach heavy for being too greasy. I'm curious about what goes in the soup stock and cooking methods here. The seasoning was perfect and the soup makes one crave something even more. The amount of green onion was perfect and goes so well with the ramen. Just delicious.

Heck who cares about customer service when the food is good and affordable. Great for quick bite to eat in cold weather.

They have gluten free noodle, but sadly maybe the broth isn't gluten free because I still got reaction. Or maybe it's not lactose free, but is it normal to add milk in the soup stock? Maybe the stock is gluten free and I got delayed reaction from somewhere. I'm not too sure...maybe I wouldn't recommend this place for wheat allergist or sensitive celiac. But, it...

This place deserves 4+ stars for sure. I thought the ramen soup was very rich in taste without feeling heavy, the meat had a sweet taste with a smoked ‘kaori’. The egg seemed garlic infused but I’m not sure. It was delicious either way. On top of all that: the staff is very nice! Will come again if I’m...
