I would suggest making a reservation in advance even for lunch.
We ordered ma-po-tofu and a weekly set(aubergine and crispy shrimp) but both tasted good. The portion is also good for a 1,200 yen lunch.
In my experience, restaurants that provide free tea never let me down but here is this, too.
But the atmosphere was a bit noisy at the beginning of lunchtime. I'd recommend moving to a different place or coming after 1 PM if you want to talk in a calm atmosphere.

One question mark, the tables are too close to each other, so it's hard to get up and go to the bathroom. If you reserve a seat for 6 people, if the person seated at the far end stands up and goes to the toilet, everyone in that row must stand up and move. Considering the turnover rate and cost performance in one night, I think you are packing the number of guests to the limit, but I would be happy if you could think about it.
