Bakudanya is located on the bottom floor of Hiroshima Station Building. I arrived on a Friday at about 2:30pm and got a seat right away. This restaurant specialises in tsukemen which is dry noodles that you dip in a spicy sauce. You can choose how spicy the sauce is. I got a 4x spice and it was a little bit spicy, my friend who likes spice chose 10x and he said it was a good amount of spicy. I also had the fried chicken, which was delicious alone or dipped in the spicy noodle sauce. The service was very good.
