It has been more than 20 years since I visited at Hiroshima to meet my friend. I had one extra day to stay Hiroshima and I went to Okonomiyaki-mura and stopped at Daimaruo. I was lucky the Daimarudo restaurant was not crowded at 5 pm. I ordered a Japanese Beef Tendon Stew and a Deluxe Hiroshima Okonomiyaki. Both foods are so delicious, especially, the Deluxe Hiroshima Okonomiyaki that I cannot find such a delicious Hroshima Okonomiyaki around Tokyo. Once I go to Hiroshima to meet my friend in future, I will revisit...

Excellent at Okonomimura Syo Chan on the 4th floor of the complex to the immediate left when you exit the stairs of this floor.

This complex has pretty much identical Hiroshima style Okonomyiaki dishes. Just pick the one with the shortest queue based on your party size. Service is fast as is turnover of seats. This is not the place for chats and slow eating.

¥1500 for Okonomiyaki with shrimp, pork and squid. Huge portion that you could smash on your own if you have a couple of bevvies before.

Located in the 4th floor, turn right upon getting out of the elevator and you will see it!

This has been my favorite Okonomiyaki spot so far! Huge portions that will certainly leave you very full. Would recommend coming here after a day packed with activity.

When comparing to other spots in the building, I have found this particular establishment to be the best tasting!

The show is also quite fun to watch. Owners/employees are...
