Least favorite ramen I've ever had. Genuinely hard to eat - at first I figured it was the local style or that I misunderstood something. After trying another local place I am certain this was not the case.

Un lugar muy céntrico en Hiroshima que abre si cocina hasta algo tarde a los mediodías (a veces difícil en Japón ya que cierran 14:00-14:30 en muchos lados).

El sitio tiene carta en inglés (lo cual es de agradecer) y está regentado por un sólo hombre, hace la comida, te pide nota y te sirve, el hombre es muy agradable y se esfuerza por entenderte.

La carta no es demasiado extensa, tienes para escoger ramens con diferentes caldos y diferentes extras. También hay algún combo con pollo frito o gyozas que no está nada mal. La comida no destaca mucho, pero está correctamente elaborada y está bastante rica, recomiendo que uséis el caldo de miso, le da un plus de sabor, los fideos estaban algo duros y hay bastante poco condimento a nivel de carne en el tamaño estándar.
