One of my all time favourite bars. Bar tender Tsuyoshi-san and his team make you feel right at home in this chic space. His 19 years experience at Busshukan are evident in his masterful technique. His attention to detail is mystifying and his gestures are immaculate. Each and every cocktail is extraordinary. We enjoyed it so much that we returned on two separate occasions during our short stay in Hiroshima.

We spent our last evening in Japan on our two week vacation at Bar Busshukan, and I cannot think of a better way to end an amazing trip! On top of preparing amazing cocktails (the seasonal fruit cocktail was outstanding!) and delicious food, Tanaka-san and Emi-san were so friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here, and we already cannot wait to return during our next trip...
