The food was acceptable (not great コスパ). The service is quite abysmal. They are very aggressive when speaking in English (which is anyway not necessary since we speak Japanese perfectly fine). Also given that it's a place people go to eat, not just a coffee place, and there are many options, it is very unkind to ask order first before being seated. Pease change this system. Had high expectations, but the service really disappointed. We planned to spend a lot of time here (and money) but we left immediately after finishing our food. I visited this cafe on a trip to Hiroshima from Australia in February 2024. I ordered a coffee and a croissant but had to remove the croissant because of my tight budget. When I was drinking my coffee the lady from the counter came up to me and gifted me the croissant for free and said it’s for you. I still think about her kindness over 6 months later....
