Excellent 'proper' coffee from this wee, classy yet casual vegan-friendly establishment, including hand press espresso and hand drip coffee. There's even decaf espresso for those who love the ritual and flavour of coffee but want to avoid the kick, hard to find outside Starbucks, and it's as good as the caffeine version. The owner is dedicated to his craft and the menu explains that it may take some time. I appreciate this management of customer expectation. The coffees were ready within minutes. There are oat, almond, and soy milk options and a selection of packaged snacks, including five different flavours of miniature vegan Rice Powder Cookies from Hokkaido, perfect to have with coffee on the spot or to take on a train trip. We tried the black sesame cookies which had a delicate, more-ish flavour, and a Peanut Butter Chai Whole Bar which had no added sugar and an almost gingerbread flavour coming through, both delicious. Highly recommend a visit to Cue. when in Hiroshima.

Spent about 4 days in Hiroshima. Literally came here all those days lol. Ordered a flat white with oat lattè. The owner doesn't use a traditional espresso machine (like a La Marzocco, Sanremo, etc) but instead a Flair Pro. The owner does such a great job cuz the flat white is smooth and always perfect temperature-wise, a testament of his skill. I went every single morning lol. He also knows some English and cards are accept. Highly, highly recommended if you're in Hiroshima!

Amazing coffee shop! This might be the best coffee I’ve had in Japan (top 2 for sure). Very “boujie” - great selection of single origin roasts. I opted for a flat white with oat milk. Not too badly priced at 850 yen including double shot (comes at an extra). My wife had a coffee & tonic iced drink which I have to admit I hadn’t heard of before but it was so good. The guy in there was so really helpful and spoke great English. Will be back tomorrow for sure.

Small little specialty coffee shop. I was excited to choose a coffee. The staff can also advise about the flavor of the coffee if you’re lost. The menu has extensive English—not just the origin of the coffee but also information about the flavor profile. If you’re looking for a cup of coffee consider this local shop instead of a big chain or convenience store! The staff is kind and they have a good variety of coffee ☕️
