Ich habe die Kitsune Udon verköstigt, die vom erfahrenen Personal der Oma-Altersklasse ungemein preisgünstig und mit Liebe gekocht wurde. Neben den Udon gab es Grünen Tee, ein gefülltes Onigiri und einen mit roter Bohnenpaste bestückten Mochi. Mein Onigiri war mit Thunfisch gefüllt, Veganer*innen sollten hier vielleicht nochmal lieber nachfragen. Die Brühe hat sicher auch ein Stück Fleisch gesehen. Tolle Alternative für vegetarischen Mittagstisch, der in Japan sonst eher schwierig zu bekommen ist.
