Hanasansho Hatchobori — Restaurant in Hiroshima

This place is a literal hidden gem! I will admit, the menu was a little confusing, however, after doing a bit of Google translate we were able to place a couple orders in for a new menu item they had of the pork rice bowl and some dandan noodles.

What an amazing choice! The noodles were wonderfully tasty, a bit peanuty tasting, sesame, the small amount of dressing was really good! And the pork bowl, OH MY GOODNESS! The pork was so tender, the rice well cooked and seasoned, the egg perfectly cooked as well, I was tempted to order another if everything wasn't already filling!

間隔が開くと食べたくなる汁なし担々麺。 一人っきりランチだし、こんな日は、好きな味の汁なし担々麺を食べようと足を伸ばしてやってきました。 もちろん大好物の焼き豚玉子飯も食べたいので、「大満足セットA」をオーダー。 汁なし担々麺は元祖魚介で辛さは3倍でオーダー。

うーん。いい痺れ。 やっぱりここの味、好きです。 再確認できました。

ホントに久しぶりの花山椒突撃です。 といっても、このお店ではなく、このお店の真向かいの2階にあった花山椒でもなく、このお店の店主の父上が大手町3丁目の汁なし担々麺ストリートに出店したお店に行って以来。大手町のお店も土日祝の営業になり、なかなかタイミングが合わなくなってしまいました。 今日は八丁堀近辺で仕事があったので、突撃しました。

大好物の焼き豚玉子飯も食べたいので、「大満足セットA」をオーダー。 汁なし担々麺はちょっと控えめに2のちょい辛でオーダー。 すると若き店主から「タレはどちらにします？」と質問。 えっ？タレが選べるの？と驚き、メニューをみると元祖魚介と胡麻ダレの2種類がある。 私の記憶の花山椒のイメージはゴマ。 なので、胡麻ダレでオーダー。

テキパキとした手順で5分位で2品着丼。

汁なし担々麺は中細より気持ち太めかな？って位の麺に山椒香ってきます。まぜませしてから、頂く。

あ〜もうちょい山椒きつめでもよかったか〜と思いましたが、いやいやこれくらいが美味しく頂ける痺れかも。 うーん。相変わらず好きな味です。 麺の旨いくにまつ。全体的に整って美味しいキング軒。 ヒリヒリ痺れるきさく。 みんな旨いけど、私は花山椒の味が個人的に好き。

そして大好物の今治名物。 俺でも作れるんじゃないか？って思いつつ食べる。 けど、うまいんだよな。焼き豚玉子飯は。
