Pizza chef cannot cope with many customers. We had buffet lunch with our tour group. In total, they hardly put 4 pizza on the plate, for a group of 32 people. Long queue and wait. Pizza quality was not impressive. Was it because the chef couldn't cope with the crowd? And he compromised the quality? Pizza crust was very thin with very little cheese and hardly any ingredients. Like as if you ordered the cheapest pizza with lowest price. Salad had fewer choice for vegetarians. Chocolate dipping had only marshmallow or cookies. No option of fruits to dip in the chocolate. Coffee was good and strong. The place is aesthetically designed and appealing. Space is reasonable, can accommodate many customers. They have 2 washrooms which is a good thing for group diners. They offered potato wedges which tasted good. Potato salad was good too. Some items were not labelled thus we couldn't decide if they are vegetarian. Especially pizza. They should write specifications. Not just "today's special pizza". They did have many staff but few were hiding behind the water station, few were ducking down to avoid questions. May be they fear speaking English. But it appeared like they were unapproachable. A bit more staff training, proper labelling, giving an assistant to the pizza chef would make...
Read moreI went there for dinner, it wasn’t overly full and I got in at 6.30. I ordered a special margarita pizza which should have been straight forward. It took nearly two hours to arrive.
I was sat at the bar facing the pizza oven: they had one person working it alone. That person was focusing on making take away pizzas and giving to an uber drivers.
Multiple customers were asking where their food was. For some reason they felt they should prioritise take away orders over their customers who had sat down.
If this restaurant is going to successfully continue it needs to stop taking takeaway orders or have more than one person working on the pizzas.
I would not recommend unless you think two hours is reasonable wait time for food. I regret coming here, it ruined my evening.
The pizza they served me in the end was the wrong one. I was so hungry I ate it, but I think it is very over priced.
The waiting staff were apologetic and nice, they were clearly overwhelmed. But they offered me no discount on the meal which I feel was not great service.
A margarita pizza, two non alcoholic beers and a garden salad cost me over 4,200 yen. And I had to wait. Not ideal...
Read moreReally disappointed after leaving. Don't come here! We came at 22 which is 30 minutes before kitchen closes and a whole hour before restaurant closes and they told us it was closed. We showed that on Google maps it says 23 and the hostess reluctantly let us in. Came for gluten free pasta which was good but paid almost 2000 yen and left hungry. Also paid 1300 yen for mozzarella which was 2 bites which was crazy but you judge by the picture. Service was really poor, we felt like they were mad at us for coming. The worst was at the end when we went to pay and didn't get a bill just a very steep price I asked why and quickly realized that the bread sticks we got at the start of our meal (which were disgusting) aren't free and cost 330 yen each! Worst thing is that we just weren't told (because obviously we would have said no) Truly felt like we were scammed, left with a bill of 5000 yen straight to FamilyMart Just eat at a conbini, you'd be...
