Namaste — Restaurant in Hiroshima

A really great Nepalese Indian curry restaurant! Bought two lunch sets with my partner and got to try a butter chicken curry along with a mutton curry, both being served in quite large portions! Both curries were very tasty and the tandoori chicken I also received was great! Both the plain and garlic naans were huge, and nicely soft allowing them to easily be pulled apart to dip into the curry. Mango and plain lassi were delicious and perfect to help with the spice of the curry.

Service was excellent and prompt. The server could speak English which was helpful as my Japanese is still not great and I appreciated the help.

An absolute culinary delight! From the moment you step into Namaste Indian Restaurant, Hatchobori, you are enveloped in an aroma of tantalizing spices and mouthwatering flavors. The baingan bharta is a must-try, bursting with smoky eggplant goodness. The butter chicken is a classic for a reason, with its creamy, buttery sauce and tandoori chicken morsels. Pretty happy we chose this place after a long day walking up a mountain at miyajima because we were starved and this place delivered 👍 got the Dal Makhani and veggie Korma both had good flavor (preferred the first). I also got both a regular naan and a side of basmati which were bigger than i expected so didn't finish all the rice 🤣 there was no wait and it wasn't busy so everything was very quick.
