Rigid and unattentive staff, small portion, bad presentation of food, forget my birthday celebration request I reserved online for the 9000yen set, but the staff did not allow me to change due to the preparation of food ingredient, but turn out i found that the foods (the sea urchin, oyster) were not prepared for us exclusively. Extremely small portion, the eel and oyster were presented as the same dish but it showed as two different dishes in menu. Didnt expect to have the such small oyster in Hiroshima. Need to add 600yen for the fried rice and no dessert unless you add extra 500yen. Must order drink per person.

The food was exquisite! The cooks serve up a great course! We were lucky enough to visit on a night where they weren't too busy and were able to accept walk-ins. Each course was better than the last! To be honest, I'm not a fan of mushrooms but they were a great addition to the vegetable medley. Everything was cooked to perfection and the flavor was on point! Enjoy!

今まで食べた中で一番美味しいお肉でした。広島観光の折、予約して伺いました。少食の老人が一緒のため、コースではなく単品で注文しました。ステーキはヒレ、サーロイン、赤身の３種類があり、価格は同じでそれぞれA5、A4が選べる仕組みですが、お店としては「A4」に良い意味でこだわりを持っているそうです。（ご存知の方も多いと思いますが、A5とA4は分かりやすくいうとサシの多い少ないの違いのようです）それならということでA4でお願いしました。老父が食べたのがヒレですが「柔らかくて甘くて美味い。とくにワサビで食べるのが美味い」と完食（完食する前にひと切れ奪取に成功）。私とパートナーはサーロインと赤身をシェアしていただきましたが、味、食感、風味、焼き加減（レアを指定）等、完璧。拍手喝采したくなるほど美味しかったです。どれが一番美味しかったかは内緒です。ぜひ食べ比べしてみてください。（どれも美味しかったです！お好みで頼んでください）ステーキのほか、青ひげサラダ、ウニほーれん、焼き野菜、牡蠣バター、焼きポテトサラダ、タコバター等いただきました。どれも美味しかったですが、家族は青ひげサラダ、締めに頼んだガーリックライスをとくに賞賛していました。私もステーキ３種とこのふたつはマストで頼むべきと思います。私は日本酒が好きなのですが、こちらのお店は広島の銘酒「賀茂鶴」を各種取り揃えているそうです。飲み比べセットがあるのがありがたく、私は「生囲い」「広島錦」「ゴールド」をチョイス。一番の好みは「生囲い」でしたが、「広島錦」は旨味が濃く、「ゴールド」はそれをさらに洗練させたような味で美味しかったです。下戸のパートナーと少食の老人と一緒であまりお金を使えず申し訳なかったですが、広島に来た際はぜひまた伺いたいです。追伸、私たちの前で調理してくださった若めのシェフさん。メニューを開けばさっと裏側に声をかけ、ベストのタイミングでオーダーを取りに来てくださったり、私たちの何気ない会話もきちんと拾って解説してくださったり、お店の方には当たり前かもしれませんが、大変心地よい食事を楽しませていただきました。ありがとうございました。

We were lucky in that we came on a non busy Sunday evening and they were able to seat our group of 2 at the bar seating without a prior reservation. They have an English menu and were very accommodating to help us order. We ordered a pre-selected set. The food was all delicious, and it was great to get to watch how meticulous they were in preparing each of the dishes. I would highly recommend the experience and the food to anyone...
