I would give them 10 stars, if that is an option. Though I would take away one star for the disposable chopsticks. At least no throwaway cups or plastic spoons.

This place is amazing!!! The design and engineering that went into this place to enhance customer service, fit in this not-yet post Covid world and the neuroses that come with the word Covid and still allow customers to enjoy the meal is very much appreciated.

Before writing about all the reasons why I love love this place, I want to say I totally enjoyed my meal as did my SO.

The rice was perfectly cooked. The meat was well marinated that it was not necessary to enhance with condiments, though a nice selection is available. The meal sets come with a simple seaweed soup and a small side of Korean kimchi.

I saw other reviews about the meat slices being too thin. Perhaps it was, but that did not minimize the taste and flavor, which was utterly delicious!

Price not withstanding, it was quality meat. You can see it and taste it.

There are two options: set menu and customized menu

There are just enough choices to satisfy even the pickiest yakiniku eater and not so many as to cause decision paralysis.

The place is small, and it’s obvious that the setting is for solo diners or groups of two. If you need seating for a bigger party, this is not the place for you.

Each space/dining area has self-serve water, utensils, and a space designed to perfectly fit the serving tray. The fire for the grill lights up immediately when the customer turns it on. The place is smokeless, because of the fan/vent is under the grill.

Pick up your ordered items from the self-service counter. Cook and enjoy your meal. In fact, enjoy the whole experience. At the end of your meal, take the ‘like’ QR code card to the payment station to pay your bill. If you need help, someone is readily available.

Quickly becoming one of my favourite chains in Japan. Previously dined at the Akihabara store and stopped here for a quick bite before catching a shinkansen.

Again, it is quick, tasty and good value as promised. The prices were not as cheap as the Akihabara store but close. You can dine for around 1000yen and leave feeling fairly full or go for a more western sized portion for 2000 to 3000 yen and leave stuffed.

The food is not the best quality in the world for the price but still great in my eyes and above average. The variety of condiments are good and tasty.

The seating is quite cramped and very hectic due to how busy the station is, so don't expect a peaceful meal.
