Whoever thinks Sushi needs fish to taste good, hasn't eaten Sushi that is this good as the sushi from this restaurant, everything is well thought of and served with thoughtfulness. For context, I’m a spoiled Kagurazaka-dwelling food-lover, have worked as a chef at a bistro in CA and have produced food masterclasses with Japan’s top-rates chefs—and this place just ranks up there with some of the best food experiences I’ve had.
