Went to Kita-Kamakura on our last day of stay in Japan, as a group of 4 Vegans on our way to the station we stumbled upon this Restaurant and just went in. Whoever thinks Sushi needs fish to taste good, hasn't eaten Sushi that is this good as the sushi from this restaurant, everything is well thought of and served with thoughtfulness. It's well prepared, the atmosphere in the restaurant is very slow paced and takes you out of the stress Tokyo emits. One of the best, if not the best sushi I have ever eaten. A must place to go to for everyone that is Vegan or wants to eat sushi without fish. Anyone that walks in and comes out with a 1-Star rating, has never cooked something and doesn't know how to develop a taste for something new.

Okay, I’m not exaggerating here—we relished every single bite. Got the 12-kan sushi lunch and were in heaven. We even ordered extra to-go as bento. For context, I’m a spoiled Kagurazaka-dwelling food-lover, have worked as a chef at a bistro in CA and have produced food masterclasses with Japan’s top-rates chefs—and this place just ranks up there with some of the best food experiences I’ve had. Also—I’m not vegan and was very hesitant about wasting valuable stomach time on digesting sushi that isn’t even fish. I was wrong. Decor is lovely and rich in vibrant design, and service was prompt and kind. I speak Japanese, but if you don’t, there is an English menu and they’re kind and sweet.

10/10! Best vegan sushi I've ever had, it's so beautiful and creative, I can't even remember which one was my favorite since I loved them all! I ordered the 12 piece set for 2400 yen which came with an appetizer and delicious miso soup. The staff were so sweet and the food was such a great experience. If you're in kamakura definitely stop by! Make sure to check their hours since I think they are closed Wednesday and Thursday. Can't wait to go back on my next Japan trip!
