This place is a true gem. If I can give 10 stars, I would have.

One of the best bar experience I've had! The owner Meg is amazing! She's such a fantastic host. Meg speaks good English! I had no communication issue at all.

I ordered a couple of drinks and the bartender made them really well. They were garnished perfectly. My drinks came with complimentary senbei snacks. I ordered a Tom Collins, Margarita, and Long Island Ice Tea. they were all excellent.

Because it's a small bar, it was intimate and has a nice atmosphere + nicely decorated.

What stood out the most is the hospitality and the service they provided. Meg was so friendly. She conversed with me and made me feel so welcomed. Her interaction with me intrigues the other guest and we ended up having a lovely conversation. At the end of the day, Meg made sure that I could go home. She called me a cab as I was drinking quite a bit. As a solo female traveler, I feel safe in here.

When the cab came, her, the bartender, and the other guest all went downstairs to see me off. They're truly amazing people. Thank you Meg-san for the lovely night :)

If you're in Kamakura, you must visit. Definitely one of the best experience...

Beautiful atmosphere! The vibe is amazing and I absolutely love it. And, you get snacks shortly after you are seated. Smoking allowed, so hurray or be careful, but I loved everything about here. Super friendly bartender, whose name I have not yet asked. Update: her name is Megumi. She came over to me with a map and recommended places in the area for me to explore. If possible 8 stars...

I had a wonderful time chatting with the owners and some regular customers! Very nice drinks, reasonably priced. Great atmosphere and decorations.

While I was at the bar, my hotel called that my booking has been cancelled. The owner, Meg, booked a Ryokan for me nearby! It was amazing.
