I took a Hanadi tsuke-don. It was very tasty and just enough size. It came with miso soup with fish extracts, and coffee jelly as dessert which I didn't expect to have! I was seated at the counter and the chef prepared a meal in front of me. Highly...

The store was empty old master served us rice with sashimi of the day, miso soup, pickles and tea.

旬を大切にされている もっと評価が高くてもよいお店。 結局、4回夜に訪問しました。 もう個人的には行くことがないでしょうが、何故か口コミが見えなくなってたので再掲載。 料理とお酒に店主のこだわりを感じます。 天然イノシシや大山鶏など肉料理も美味しいです。 店主さん1人でお店を回しており毎朝、市場まで買いに行かれています。 店主さんの目利きの賜物ですね。 お刺身もウメイロ、ヒメダイ、こばんざめなどレアなものから、クエ、ハタ、フグなどの高級路線、定番の旬なものまで幅広く目の前で捌いてます。新鮮でとても美味しい。 フグもウナギも目の前で捌いてくれるので、見るだけで楽しいですよ。 フグやウナギは要予約。 カキフライも美味しい。 一品物もどれも美味しいですが付け合わせの鎌倉野菜がまたいい箸休めです。 日本酒も飛露喜、写楽などいいのが揃ってます。 季節の移ろいの度に訪れたいですね。
