This place was fantastic! The sushi and food were absolutely delicious, and the view of the gardens from the window was beautiful. The chefs were incredibly kind and friendly, making it a truly memorable experience. Sitting at the bar and watching them prepare the food added a unique touch to the meal. Highly recommended!

This was an amazing experience and it was so delicious, the service was excellent. They were so nice and respectful, not very expensive for the quality they serve you. It's a private young chef, and the fish were SUPER GOOD and FRESH. Very recommended! You should totally come here !!!!!!!!!!!!

HOTEL AOに宿泊していたのでディナーに利用しました。近隣にはお寿司屋さんがなく重宝しました。 のどぐろ、なめら（きじはた）、ぶり、さわらが本当に絶品！で何度もリピートしました！ お店のカウンター正面は一面大きなガラス窓で兼六園や金沢城問見ながら食事楽しめます。来店当日は雪でしたので、雪を眺めながらお寿司と日本酒を楽しみました。 板前さんもお話しやすく、とてと居心地良かったです。 事前に伝えていた妻のアレルギーについても最大限の配慮頂き感謝です。再訪したいです。（2024/12）

Great sushi place for a private sushi chef like experience just down the road from Kenrokuen and castle. Lunch open until 14pm, my clients stayed until 15:30, having amazing time enjoying all you can eat course. Chef was in America for some time, he was communicative, he explained a lot about sushi to my clients. It is located in 2F of Hotel AO, do not let shabby looking facade of the hotel discourage you from entering. The interior is modern, very clean with windows all around with castle park view.
