We heard people said that セラヴィcake was nice so we visited the shop.

I didn't see small size セラヴィcakes in the cake display counter when we went into the shop, so I asked a staff if there is a small size セラヴィcakes. She said no. Thus, although we also wanted to try other small different flavour cakes, we chose to buy a bigger size セラヴィcake (4号 ￥3,024) to share. As soon as we started to eat the bigger cake, their staff brought more than 10 small size セラヴィcakes and put them in the cake display counter. The staff could have told us to order drinks and other small cakes first and the small size セラヴィcakes would be ready in 5 mins, but she didn't. We had waited for a table outside of the shop for around 30 mins and we wouldn't mind ordering other cakes and drinks and waiting for an extra 5 mins for the small size セラヴィcakes.

Had a wonderful time eating cakes here. I went there a bit late, so there were kind of many people in the queue, and it took me about 30 minutes to be seated. Unfortunately, the cakes we had an eye on were sold out at the time but we got to try their 2 specialties which were impressive. The chocolate-orange cake was the perfect combination, and so satisfying even for person who dislikes chocolate-orange combo like me. The pistachio-raspberry-white chocolate cake was also very impressive. Although it was a bit pricey but I would it was worth even yen. I will definitely revisit and try out more variation of cakes.

Update: I went back again on weekday. There was no queue at all and the shop was very calm. I tried their specialties: mango and lemon-hazelnut. This shop has never disappointed me. I love the cakes! The service was...

We waited an hour to be seated (with only 2 people ahead of us) before we just decided to get takeout only to see the empty seats and table waiting to be cleared out while we were ordering takeout. There were two more tables (where people left and the table was waiting to be cleared out) not shown in this picture and 2 more tables just left empty with no one seated/not ever used for some reason. There were 3 people packing two people’s orders and a 4th person dedicated to clearing tables but still the wait. The staff could’ve atleast reassured people the wait is almost over but the people were just left waiting for an hour+ with no interaction. Some came in to see if they missed their number being called. So many people just left. The food...
