Tavern pomegranate — Restaurant in Kanazawa

Absolutely agree with what Gregory posted in his review. The staff is so slow, shop is only at best 30% full, but we need to wait for 10 mins to be seated, that is 9pm on weekdays, I don't think they have that many reserved table.

Finally seated, but no staff really care about us. Not a normal resturant will serve customer in this way. After waiting for another 5 mins, we asked for menu and water, but only one menu comes and we have 6 person, no water. The waiter/waitress seems like only care about setting up empty table next by us rather than serving us.

Awaiting for another 5 to 10 mins, we decided to leave.

We then went to another居酒屋just next to this resturant on ground floor, totally different dining experience and food is so good and fresh. The staff there is so nice. Highly recommend to go other place instead if you look...

Seated quickly, brought the drinks quickly. We waited 15 minutes for a small sashimi plate to arrive and then ordered a simple chicken dish that took 20 minutes to arrive. The food and staff is slow.

The interior is bright and stylish. The food is good but nothing I can say was above average.

The plates at the large table next to us didn't get cleaned up the whole time we were there and there were lots of dishes. The cashiers table had soy sauce rings all over the top. So I signed my receipt with soy sauce all over the back.

口コミはまちまちですが、リーズナブルで魚が美味しいとのことで昨日入店しました。 鴨の治部煮や魚介類等の石川県ならではのお料理はもちろん、蟹のだし巻き玉子やせせりのチキン南蛮などの創作的でこちらでしか食べられないようなものまであって、それがまた非常に美味しかったです。 魚介の刺身は本マグロ・白海老・鯵を3種盛りで頂いたのですが、もう全部美味しい。 マグロは味が濃いし中トロのよう(その時の仕入れにもよると思いますが。)で、白海老は他店ではかき揚げですがこちらでは刺身でいただけます。(かき揚げもありました。)海老好きな方は是非。鯵は旬というのもあり甘くてトロのようでとても美味しかったです。 近江町市場でも鮮魚を取り扱うお店に行きましたが、鮮度はこちらが上に感じました。ただ、その時の仕入れなどで状況が違うと思いますので断言は出来ません。

一番驚いたのが「加賀の野菜畑 自家製味噌で」というサラダ。 氷に野菜が刺さっている前衛的な盛り付けですが、特に美味しかったのがナス。なんと生なんです。見たときに え！？ナスを生で食べるの！？...
