I brought my family to here for lunch after visiting Kawagoe. The food was really good and affordable. Most importantly, I accidentally left my phone somewhere in the restaurant and only realised it after awhile. Surprisingly, when I asked the staff in my really broken Japanese (shame to say that I am a JLPT N2 certificate holder), she brought me to the counter and showed me two phones, and one of them is mine. I was so happy, big thank you to the staff (apologise that I forgot to note down her name who deserves compliment) and the unknown Japanese people to send my phone to the counter.

Read moreOpposite to social distancing standards, the restaurant was full. Can't say didn't happen, but didn't see staff disenfecting the tables after customers left. The trays with eating utensils on each table were open, with no covering. I tried the drink bar, but didn't use ice, because the ice you have to scoop yourself, and people have to stand over the ice to do that. In other words, I didn't see any different to before social distancing standards were set in place, with exception of alcohol at the entrance. Felt anxious...
