Gyoza no Manshu Kawagoe Crea mall — Restaurant in Kawagoe

🍜 My order: Spicy Chicken and set with soup, gyoza, rice and pickles 1080¥ Food 4/5 I chose the set with The gyoza were absolutely delicious, but the brown rice was absolutely bland. The pickles were good and were a nice compliment to the bland rice. The soup, however, was really tasty. chicken slightly overcooked and on its own rather bland. With the sauce it was alright but not overwhelming. OK for the price.

Drinks - Self service iced water Convenient. It was wonderful that I could just drink as much water as I wanted and did not have to ask the staff to refill it for me.

Atmosphere 2/5 I did not like the atmosphere. It was loud, hectic and hardly relaxing. Excellent for just quickly grabbing a bite and being on one's way, but clearly not suited to relax or enjoy the food any longer than needed to gulp it down.

Cleanliness 3/5 Alright, though not much attention was paid to cleaning up after guests left, it even seemed to me, that guests were expected to be cleaning their own table before eating if the were not happy with it...

Service 4/5 Friendly and fast service, exactly as expected, though there was often a lot of shouting going on which I thought was clearly...

給仕される料理の味付けそのものは特に問題は無いように思いますが、スタッフの接客対応、料理の給仕にいくつか問題があるように思います。 餃子を中心に、ラーメンや炒飯等、典型的な中華料理のチェーン店です。街中の食堂でもあるような典型的な味付けで、この店ならではの特徴的な味付けは無いように思います。但し、一部の料理の盛り付けがかなり雑なような気がします。調理人の髪の毛が混入されていることもしばしばあり、気にする人は不愉快に感じるかもしれません。加えて、（この店を利用したタイミングかもしれませんが）スタッフの接客対応も雑な面が見られました（特に注文受付、会計において）。利用客もそのような状況を知っているから、休日でもそれ程混雑した様子はなく、比較的すぐに入店・注文が出来るように思います。 川越の商店街に多数あるレストランの1つではありますが、残念ながら真っ先にお勧めできるお店ではありません。

The seasoning of the dishes served itself did not seem to be particularly problematic, but there are several problems with the staff's customer service and serving of the food. This is a typical chain Chinese restaurant with a focus on dumplings, ramen, fried rice, and other dishes. The food is typical in flavor, as you would find in a diner in town, and there does not seem to be any distinctive flavor that is unique to this restaurant. However, the preparation of some of the dishes seems to be rather messy. Often, the cook's hair is mixed in, which may be unpleasant for those who care about it. In addition (and this may be due to the timing of my visit), the staff's customer service was also on the messy side (especially in taking orders and paying the bill). Since the customers are aware of this situation, the restaurant does not seem to be so crowded even on holidays, and it seems that customers can enter and order relatively quickly. (追記) とにかく味が落ちた。餃子食べるなら満州がおすすめって言えなくなりました。 女社長さんに代わってからヘルシー志向になったのか餃子のジューシーさはどこへやら 野菜炒めもこれ何？ってぐらいの量とパサパサしてて焦げてるし ザーサイだったのが漬物とかキムチに変わったけど美味しくないし、キムチはカピカピの状態で出てきた。 お客さんも減ったよね…。 そして何より店員同士の私語が多すぎる お客さんが4組居るのに料理担当の男性1人とパートさん？社員さん？の女性4人でピーチクパーチク 満州の従業員の集まり？忘年会？新人歓迎会？みたいな話をずっとデカイ声でしてて店長達の余興で新しい学校のリーダーズのオトナブルーを踊るとか余興無くなったとか 聞きたくもないどーでもいい話を店内に聞こえる大きな声で喋ってました。 客の事ナメてんのかな？ そういう話は締め作業の時とかお客さんが居ない時にして下さい。 ちなみに西口の満州の悪口も言ってたけど西口の満州の従業員さんはお客さんに聞こえる声で私語とかしてませんでしたよ。 とにかく不愉快でした。 従業員が自分達で店の質を落とす事してどうするんだよ だからお客さん減るんです。帰り道に通った王将の方がお客さん居ましたよ。 少なくとも地元民はクレアモールの満州美味しくなくなったって言ってます 本川越駅の所にあった満州の方が美味しかったし従業員の質も良かった 潰れないで本川店の方を残して欲しかったです。
