Reservations were made through Hot Pepper in which you can plan ahead and choose a set prix fixe menu instead of choosing from there instore menu. This option worked great for us because it involved less decision making. When we arrived they were initially unaware of this choice I made but informing them was easy and our waitress just spoke to the chef and our request was accommodated. We had a total of 11 courses I believe all of which tasted wonderful and were beautifully presented. Our only least favorite part was the wait between each course which I can understand as the atmosphere of these type of places is to just enjoy your company with food and your are in no rush to eat until you're stuffed. Overall, would recommend this place a hundred times over.
