We came for the dim sum, but were told the “steamer” was broken. I ordered a noodle set with dim sum and annin dofu and got dim sum. Since you don’t need a “steamer” (just a wok with water), and they served some dim sum, they weren’t truthful about the food. The dim sum that was served, as you can see in the photo, was over-steamed. I was told to eat it as is, but it needed something more. The noodles were average—I had stopped taking photos. You can try it, but it’s a pass for me.

熊本市西区春日のアミュプラザくまもと7Fにある【馬小菜 華都】さんにお邪魔です。 7Fの奥で【勝烈亭】さんの目の前にあります。 店内は綺麗な中華屋さんで、テーブル席が複数あり1番奥には個室風のお席もありました。 オーダー ・白胡麻坦々麺→1000円 ・蟹肉入り炒飯やじ1200円 ※価格は税込価格です。 ◯白胡麻坦々麺 胡麻の風味と辛さの中にしっかりとした旨味がありGOOD！中華麺のコシも良いですし、かなり好みの味付けです。 具材は、挽き肉と青ネギに麺とシンプルですが、ナッツも入っており食感に演出を加えてくれます！ ◯蟹肉入り炒飯 けっこう量が多いです！蟹肉はサイズが小さいのでシンプルな炒飯を食べてる感じです。炒飯のパラパラ感とネギと玉ねぎのシャキシャキをしっかりと残した炒飯はGOODです！ 両方とも美味しかったですが、ランチは坦々麺に半炒飯セットがあると非常に嬉しいですね！ご馳走さまでした！
