大漁食堂HERO海 , we went lunch yesterday 24Sep for the signature sushimi rice , special fried lotus slice filled wasabi cream and deep fried chicken 3 piece. Signature sushimi rice : taste of the rice and portion is good, sushimi is fresh but a bit less. Fried lotus slice filled wasabi cream: 2nd time in Japan and first time in kumamoto to try this food, amazing delicious. Deep fried chicken: the best deep fried chicken in kumamoto, they are not only meat dice, they are cut by chicken , one piece chicken wings angle , two pieces from chicken leg, golden yellow color and chicken skin is dry, just dry not too dry, crispy and super juicy inside and with the special sauce for fried chicken, Yummy Yummy! 熊本駅に直結する商業施設『肥後よかモン市場』内にあるレストランの一つです。レストラン名にある通り海鮮料理の種類が豊富ですが、海鮮料理に限らず肉料理の種類も豊富で、馬刺しを始め熊本ならではの地元の料理を堪能することが出来ます。 商業施設内の一角に店舗を構えていることもあり、店の広さは所謂典型的な商業施設内のレストランと同程度のように見受けられます。席の構成は、4人向けのテーブル席を基本に、単身者でも気軽に利用できるカウンター席があります。席数は豊富にあるものの、各席の仕切りも比較的多めに設定されているため、大人数での利用はあまり向かないかもしれません。 いずれの料理も、盛り付けは他の居酒屋等でも見られるようなもので、特段奇を衒ったものやこのレストランならではの盛り付けは見られません。あくまで料理は楽しいひと時を過ごすためのアクセントの一つとして徹底されているように見受けられます。 深夜まで営業しているレストランの一つであり、居酒屋で給仕される典型的な一品料理だけでなくラーメンやカレー等の食事も給仕されるため、夜遅くの食事場所にピッタリなレストランの一つだと思います。常駐するスタッフの数も充分で、比較的空いている時間帯に利用したからか、サービスの質も申し分ありませんでした。
