Keika Ramen Shinkansen Guchi — Restaurant in Kumamoto

I really emjoyed the food at Keika. The pork broath was deep and rich with flavor. The pork was so tender and succulent. The ramen was aldente and pitch perfect. We were 7 guests in our group and everyone tried different dishes, ramen, fried rice, Gyoza, ramen with juzu base (witch was really nice. Har a freshness to it) Everyone of us emjoyed the food.

The restaurant it self i is situation inside the station. A lot of wood and a open kitchen. There are some tables for groupes of 6 comfortably.

The straff was really nice and helpfull

他店で見るようなマー油がたくさん 入っているわけでもなく にんにくチップもないので とってもあっさりとした豚骨ラーメン

チャーシューとメンマそしてキクラゲじゃなく トッピングに茎わかめがたくさんのっていて 食感楽しめます

お隣の女性の方が コラボ企画の緑色マー油（あおさコク旨）を使用した 男道ラーメンというのを食べられてました

辛いのかなーなかなか食べるの遅かったんで とっても気になって仕方がなかった SIDE Mのシールと一緒に撮影されてました

桂花ラーメンが関西に来ることあるんかな〜 たくさんの種類のラーメンがあったので 食べてみたいです

熊本駅の『肥後よかモン市場』内にあるラーメン店。見た目・味付け共に典型的な一般大衆向けで、奇を衒ったところが無い分、充分に満腹感を味わえます。ラーメン単品は勿論ですが、餃子や炒飯等のセットメニューも充実しており、そちらを注文する客を多く見かけます。 比較的、1人もしくは少人数での利用が多い様に見受けられ、昼食の時間帯でも客の回転は早くあまり待たされることは無さそうです。早く食事にありつけたい場合などに勧めたい店の一つです。

This Ramen restaurant is located in the "Higo Yokamon Market" at Kumamoto Station. The appearance and flavor of the dishes are typical for the general public, and the lack of fanciness will make you feel full. Of course, you can order Ramen alone, but there is also a full set menu with Gyoza, fried rice, etc., and you will see many customers ordering those.
