トランドール、といえばその昔小倉駅の北口に実在したレストランを思い出す。485系特急電車の食堂車を改造したレストランで、JR九州発足後に国鉄の分割民営化後の新しいクリエイティブな企業文化の嚆矢として語られたプロジェクトであった。再開発のためこの「トランドール」が姿を消して久しいが、そのトランドールの名を冠したのか、JR九州のあちこちにあるパン屋さんがトランドールである。これは個人的にはエモいネーミングである。中身の方は、パン屋チェーンの名店「アンデルセン」が運営しているらしく、品質は安定している。

きなこ揚げパンとチョコの四角いパン購入して食べました！(きなこや生地がぱらぱら落ちやすいので注意です) どちらも美味しくて感動したのですが、特に揚げパンが揚げてから時間経っているだろうにめちゃくちゃじゅわっとしみしみしてて、でもぱくぱく食べれちゃう美味しさがありました！パンにまぶしてあるきなこもまた美味しい！！ 次の日もパン食べたくて別なパン屋巡ったのですが、ここのパンがほんっっっとうに美味しかったのでおすすめです。 次は店内でこれらと別なパンをまた食べたいです！ 19時半頃に購入したところ、20...
