熊本駅周辺に複数あるスターバックスの一つで、熊本駅ビルの1階に位置するスターバックスです。 熊本駅周辺にはスターバックス以外にも（シアトルズベストコーヒー等の）いくつかカフェがありますが、とりわけこのカフェに人気が集中しているようにも見受けられ、特に休日は昼夜問わず注文の行列が出来ます。目的の新幹線を待つまでの間に利用する客も多く見受けられますが、オープンテラス席を含め、席数は30〜40席程度と多くなく、大人数での利用には適さないと思います。加えて（オープンテラス席を除いた）フロアーもそれ程広くはなく、やや狭苦しさを感じるでしょう。そのため、多くの客がテイクアウト目的で利用しているように見受けられます。 給仕されるドリンクや料理の質・種類、スタッフの接客対応の質は、他のスターバックスと遜色無いように見受けられます。
